The Bike Rodeo & The HAIRCUT

November 11th,

In the early morning, Rana had Bike Rodeo at Fox Run and had a great time. Love that she got to see Uncle Gordon.

Then that afternoon after school Jaki got a trim, but Colin got a HAIRCUT. There was a post with a guy that had a nice haircut, so I asked Colin if he would go for that, he said sure, but about halfway thru he realized that alot more hair was coming off then he new. But we all love the new look and style. So hopefully, we can get it trimmed like that again.

Nana has arrived!

November 8th, 2009

Nana arrived in San Antonio on Monday evening and is staying with Keith and Carol for her winter spot. Which we are all thrilled since this will be our 1st Thanksgiving and 1st Christmas with the San Antonio great grandchildren. We could not have been more excited to see her and know that she is going to be here for a few months. I did make the kids take some pictures, but they only complained because they new that we had more time to take picture later, but I of course need some for now. There are also a few pictures of Devon riding Colin's little trick bike.

Nov. 3, 2009

Rana performed with her classmates at the Fox Run PTA meeting. I was really fun to hear them but even better to watch, since the did most of their song with sign language along with singing. Rana really did to seem to enjoy doing the performance.

October News

In October we had football games, where cousin's HS vs cousin's HS was on the football field. Jaki and her Cousin Cassadie made plans to get together when Madison played Smithson Valley, so we got to sit across the field from each other, then meet up after Madison beat Smithson Valley. Cousin Taylor even got to join in on the fun. But it was one cold night for a game. But everyone seemed to have a good time.

Kortney's birthday was on the 18th of October and she was with her dad, so a few days later we celebrated her birthday with family at her house. Ella really enjoyed the frosting off the cupcake.

We ended up with a Monkey in our pear tree. Rana for some unknown reason decided she need to climb up in the pear tree. We have always called her monkey girl, I guess the name really does fit.

On October 30th, Rana had Character Day, so she dressed up as an Eskimo. Madison's Homecoming game was also this same day, so Jaki finally got to where her mum. After school and before the game Coca Cola where Shana works was having a Halloween party so the kid's got to go and do some fun games and take pictures.

Happy Halloween!! Carving pumpkins and dressing up to go treat or treating. This year we had two groups the big kids and the little ones. Rana and Ella consisted of the little ones and Colin, Jaki, and Jaki's friend were the big kids. I was a quite night we didn't get many trick or treater's but the kids still raked up pretty good.

September News

Okay, I know it's been almost two month's, but I swear
I am trying to figure out where the time goes.

In September, Rana got to have lunch with Grandma Tonie at
Fox Run for the Grandparent's day lunch.
Here are a few pictures that a friend took for me along
with one from the school.

Then of course we got to have the joy of

Celebrating my Birthday at home with family.

It was our Niece Hope's Birthday also, so that is one

of the cool gifts I get every year

So between Grandparent's Day and Birthdays, we also had the Football games,

teenagers figuring out who is coming over and who is going where,

so taxi time here it comes.

Hopefully over the next few day's I will be able to

post more pictures and get caught up.
